If you have a reservation through Apple’s website or with an Apple support agent, there is no need to register again through this form. Appointments are available one week in advance on a rolling schedule. If the form returns an error, it is most likely that the appointments are full for the available time period. You may try again later, or you can fill out this form to arrange a no-wait drop-off of your equipment. Please note this may result in extended service times.
